Voted in by the Leaf & Lace community, November's Body Love Project theme was Sweaty Bodies. I couldn't be more proud of those who stepped out of their comfort zone to participate and share their images and stories.

For me personally, having a sweaty body is something that I've struggled to give Body Love to in the past. I have a condition called Hyperhydrosis which is the fancy word for excessive sweating. For me it mostly affects my hands and feet. They sweat CONSTANTLY. It also can affect my face and the rest of my body too! I've learned to live with it but it can limit me in many ways. I struggled with holding pens/pencils at school and I still struggle with holding/touching certain materials. It limits the the shoes and fabrics I can wear. It makes shaking/holding hands with other people awkward . It can make me look like I'm sweating like I've just worked out while sitting perfectly still in an airconned room. Not to mention, I have an iconic sweat 'stache all year round!

But there's no shame in the Sweaty Bettie Game! And these submission prove it!

Here are the submissions from this event:

The Body Love Project is an online event hosted on the 1st of every month on Leaf & Lace's Social Media.

Each month, the Leaf & Lace Community decide together what deserves to be given extra Body Love that month.

If you wish to participate all you have to do is send me a message with your photo/video/story that you would like to share that matches the monthly theme. If you have a suggestion for something you would like to see on the list of Body Love Projects, message me and I'll add it in!

All of the previous Body Love Projects can be seen here.
